O'Sullivan Films - Regalite® Ultralite® Specification Sheets

Regalite® and Ultralite® press polished sheets are manufactured from thermoplastic vinyl material with a highly polished finish to form a flexible, press polished sheet. These products offer superb dimensional stability, excellent clarity and weathering capabilities, RF and heat sealability. Each product meets or exceeds the material requirements of the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the American National Standards (ANSI) Code for safety glazing materials for motor vehicles operating on land and highways (Z26.1), including luminous transmittance (Test #2), chemical resistance (Test #19, 20), flammability (Test #23) and weathering (Test #16). Additionally, Regalite® and Ultralite® BUV sheets meet MIL-Spec P-18080A (ships), United States FMVSS 205 and Canadian CMVSS 205.
