O'Sullivan Films works collaboratively with our partners to formulate decking products that are aesthetically attractive and sufficiently durable to meet the rigors of the great outdoors.  We have the ability to produce tri-laminate, non-woven, and woven construction. Whether it's the demands of cold temperatures or the effects of extreme UV exposure, our films are designed to take the heat.

We integrate our R&D expertise with our manufacturing ability to calender films, laminate them, and print them with designs to please. We use highly structured program launch techniques to ensure success. Our program management teams act as technical coordinators to compile product needs and build product solutions. Along the way we assemble lists of possible failure modes to ensure that all reasonable risks are met head-on with performance additives and enhancements that satisfy your customers, but will not bust your budget.
