O'Sullivan Films has three calenders capable of manufacturing flexible PVC and TPO films and a variety of other polymers from 4 to 50 mil and up to 86 inches wide. All calenders are equipped with a variety of control devices to ensure a consistent quality; including cross axis, roll bend, and automatic gauge control. The calender winders can handle rolls as small as 100 yards in length and up to 30 inches in diameter or 1500 pounds depending on width and gauge. Our calenders are located in Winchester, Virginia. Multiple calenders provide our customers with better guarantees of continuity of supply.

Additionally, we have numerous downstream capabilities including:

• 4 station printing line
• 2 painting lines
• 2 platen presses - for glass clear film
• 4 lamination & post embossing lines
• 3 rewinding and/or slitting lines
• 2 blanking lines and blanking capabilities

  

We also have the ability to purchase recycled PVC film products and reprocess through our facility.

We are confident that we can custom design a polymer package and a manufacturing process to give you the best overall quality and widest processing window possible.
